Adixa.net is an LLC company registered in the USA that provides PowerPoint templates and Google Slides as digital downloadable products. By purchasing our digital goods, including PowerPoint templates and Google Slides, from Adixa.net, you agree to the following Conditions of Sale and General Terms. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

“Adixa.net” means Adixa, an LLC company registered in the USA.

“Store” means any web-based service operated by Adixa.net for the purposes of marketing and retailing digital goods.

“Customer” means you, the person purchasing digital goods from Adixa.net.

“Author” means the person that has the Intellectual Property rights or rights to sell the digital goods via the Store.

Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender shall include all genders.

The headings of the paragraphs of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

Conditions Of Sale Introduction

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of digital goods by Adixa.net to the Customer.

The Contract When you purchase digital goods from Adixa.net via any of our Stores, you are accepting these terms and conditions of sale. The contract for the purchase of any digital goods will be between the Customer and Adixa.net and will only be formed when Adixa.net makes the digital goods available for download, and we have received payment in full for the digital goods. Until we make the digital goods available for download and receive payment in full, there is no contract between the Customer and us for the digital goods. Adixa.net reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any order we receive. By placing an order with Adixa.net, you agree that you are:

Legally capable of entering into binding contracts. At least 18 years old or are aged 16-18 and have read these terms of sale together with your parent and/or guardian, who has explained these conditions of sale to you so that you fully understand them.

Cancellation and Refunds We accept refunds for our digital products under the following circumstances:

If the product you received is not as described or does not match the product description on our website. If the product contains errors that prevent it from functioning as advertised. If the product you purchased is not compatible with your hardware or software and cannot be used as intended. Please note that as we sell digital products and not physical products, there is no opportunity for inspection or return of the product once it has been downloaded.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@adixa.net within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and assist you in the refund process if applicable.

Price and Payment The price of any digital goods will be as quoted on the Store at the then-current time, except in the case of an obvious error. This price will include legally applicable VAT. The Customer agrees they may have to provide their country of residence during the order process for the purposes of calculating the correct amount of VAT to apply to the order. We will not accept any offers for digital goods other than at the then-current price. Payment for all digital goods is processed securely by various third-party payment gateway services and will be handled in the currency advertised on the Store.

Delivery Digital goods are delivered to the Customer by download to the Customer’s personal desktop computer. You hereby agree to download digital goods for private use only and that you will not copy, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, sublicense, or transfer the digital goods to anyone else. Nothing in these conditions of sale grants the Customer any rights other than those expressly set out herein. Any breaches of these terms will be pursued to the full extent of the law. Some digital goods sold by Adixa.net may contain additional licensing terms or terms of use within the download, which the Customer hereby agrees to abide by.

Customer Requirements In order for the Customer to access the digital goods, the Customer is required to have:

An internet connection. A personal desktop computer or mobile device capable of opening the digital goods.

Email Communications In the process of purchasing digital goods from Adixa.net, the Customer’s email address will be subscribed to the Adixa.net general email list. Adixa.net also passes on the Customer’s email address to its Author’s own email lists if they have asked Adixa.net to do this on their behalf. Both subscriptions are opt-in meaning the Customer will receive an opt-in email after the sale asking them to opt-in to receive future promotional emails. Adixa.net also uses the Customer’s email address to issue a one-time ‘Order Receipt’ email to upon receipt of a successful order.

Liability Nothing in these Conditions of Sale excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any purchase made by you through our store shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant digital goods.

Amendments to the Conditions of Sale and General Terms We reserve the right to make changes to these Conditions of Sale and General Terms at any time. The revised version will be effective immediately when posted on our website. Your continued use of our store following the posting of the revised Conditions of Sale and General Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Conditions of Sale and General Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Disputes arising in connection with these Conditions of Sale and General Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
